Growing up in Honduras with five brothers and five sisters, his mother instilled in him a passion for cooking. When he came to America in 1995, he knew he had to follow his dream to one day own his own restaurant. He started at New York J & P in Damascus then Mount Airy in 1996 and Taylorsville in 2004. He got his chance in 2012 to have his own New York J & P Pizza in Eldersburg.
